Case History – Forma
Home. The communication created for Forma 2000 can certainly be summed up in the idea of home, not as an architectural space but as an familiar environment in which the client recognizes himself. Forma 2000 is a company of the Veneta Cucine group and has made the choice to address a young public, with innovative, functional and quality solutions at a very competitive price.
Our challenge was to find the stylistic and graphic key to enhance a domestic product without resorting to overly artificial settings. We designed environments with a not too marked personality, where the product is the absolute leader. We characterized the environments through the use of material coverings and details that reinforce the idea of ordinary reality.
The graphic choices made in Forma 2000’s catalogues are worked for conveying the idea of a dynamic company and aimed at a young public: a current, recognizable graphic design, with few graphic signs, where words and letters, in particular, have an important weight. We decided to employ a distinct letter to describe the kitchen models presented in each catalogue: this is managed as if it were a drawing, a graphic representation thanks to which we narrate the project.
The collaboration with Forma 2000 began in 2019 and was still ongoing: grucciadesign. deals with the product design by considering all the compositions of the collections; since 2019 we have been designing the off-line communication of the company, from catalogues to sales books.
