A New Visual Language for Productivity: Internal Communication at MITA Group.
To enhance and optimize the internal communication of MITA Group, a leader in the sleep system sector with the Ennerev and Dem Armonie del Sonno brands, we created a communicative system designed to combine clarity and functionality, specifically for the production spaces dedicated to mattress manufacturing. Every detail was meticulously planned to support operational flow, strengthen corporate identity, and facilitate daily work.

The project began with an in-depth survey of the production spaces, identifying specific areas dedicated to different phases of the production cycle, from raw material processing to spring and foam manufacturing, fabric stitching, assembly, and finally, the storage of finished mattresses. Each area has distinct communicative needs, so it was essential to thoroughly understand the activities carried out in each department to develop targeted and effective content.

Next, we focused on mapping internal pathways, carefully analyzing workflow to optimize the placement of communication panels. This phase was crucial to ensure that information was visible and easily accessible to operators and visitors to the facility.

The content of the panels was designed to inspire and motivate, elevating the concept of production through a selection of quotes related to work and creativity. These messages, strategically placed throughout the production spaces, aim to stimulate reflection and create a positive and collaborative environment. The chosen quotes not only celebrate the value of work and the importance of quality but also foster a sense of belonging and pride in the production process. The visual design of these panels was crafted to make each message easily readable and immediately recognizable, using an attractive design and a color palette that integrates harmoniously with the surroundings, thus contributing to a stimulating and productive atmosphere.

Finally, we oversaw the actual setup, ensuring that every element of the communication was positioned and installed strategically and securely. The use of durable, resistant materials was a priority to ensure the long-lasting durability of the panels in an environment exposed to daily wear and tear.

The result is an internal communication system that not only optimizes production processes but also enhances the company culture, contributing to the creation of an organized and functional work environment. This new structure allows employees to navigate the spaces with ease, improving efficiency and safety, while strengthening the sense of belonging to the MITA Group.
